Question about hosting with ENT

I had a quick question hosting?

Do you have to use your user name, or can you use the name of the map you're going to be hosting?

Just feel like it would be more vision friendly to people trying to find a game type.

Also, when I host, I try to use !pub Soldier TD

Nothing happens, a couple minutes go by, and the game drops.

Any advice?
