I don't know if synclimit works or not because I've never used it on ENT, because there is no need to use it.
And I can't see reason for you to use it either. You can try but we aren't gonna do a thing if you can't.

!synclimit will not be available. All bots have same !synclimit and !latency settings. Although, afaik you can change the latency to a certain extent after someone posted a suggestion.
!synclimit command sets the allowed amount of lost packages before a player triggers a lagscreen.
Considering a game with default latency (100ms) where 10 packets sent per second. changing !synclimit to, lets say, 100 while someone is lagging and trying to reconnect to a game using gproxy, the laggy player will lose 10 seconds of the game before lagscreen pops up. In short, changing the !synclimit during a game usually lessens the chance of someone reconnecting. So, I dont see the need for this command.
