Is there a hack that doesn't let you type in games?

Just wondering because this happens to me sometimes. I can't type anything into chat, not even a space button. My keyboard ends up being screwed up. I notice it's usually after I say something to blue (the host) ?

What games are you playing and does that happens in exact game or in more games?
If it happens only for single map, maybe your map is bugged or even your game. If it happens in more maps, then you have bigger problem with your game or with something else like visual c++ [it can be bugged sometimes and needs to be repaired] or .net framework or something else. Anyway this is just my opinion
