What is the point of Neutrals now?

What is the point of Neutrals now?

Anyone know why they left neutral camps in the map being that they no longer give you Gold or XP. May as well just removed the camps.

THey give you xp but not gold (atleast in Dota)

It's just glitched, it's not even an intentional change. They'll fix the mess they made like they did in every other of these new patches.
