Apparently there's an issue going on around about your disconnection throughout the servers.

This post warn about using multiple VPN to join battle.net including all servers. They allowed up to 8 different IP address, but it does not work as intended.
The temporarily jailed CD-key time is up to 2 weeks. Therefore, we wait for an answer.
