Warkeys++ or any hotkeys DOWNLOAD link pls

hello, I am new here. May I ask for any hotkeys download link that is compatible to 1.27a and windows 10? All I can see is warkeys++ 6.2 but it does not work and it says that there is already v6.8 but all links are virus. So can anyone please share a hotkey, I just want to edit the inventory hotkeys. Thank you very much!

EDIT: I forgot to ask, is c++ 2005 is the only requirements for Warcraft III? Thank you. I used to play Warcraft iii long time ago and my favorite custom map is werewolf Transylvania.

I use WarKey++ 6.6.1 with windows 10 and it works just fine.

You could try Lesco's Warcraft Toolkit. That's what I use.
