About Ban requests
I was wondering does old Ban requests have some priority to be solved 1st? Some new requests are being solved almost instantly and old requests are waiting for 2 weeks or even whole month or longer.

Re: About Ban requests
The moderators should process old ban requests first, however, we do not have an administrative policy for that. Mainly because - for ENT - it doesnt matter if the ban request is processed immedaitely or three weeks later. We got all the evidence and the player will receive his punishment anyway.
Another reason might be that a moderator is specalizied in a specific genre and processes these ban requests first.

Re: About Ban requests
I understand very well moderators job and that they are maybe not motivated to work on some harder/longer requests, but since many requests are solved almost instantly, it is not cool to wait too long for some request and to see many new which are solved in very short time.
@Haunt, there are special tools which helps a lot in solving requests. Watching replays should not be often case, and mostly ReplaySeeker is doing great job, depends if it works on exact game.

Re: About Ban requests
When I am able to work on forum work, I start at the oldest requests and move forward in that way. I do what I can to get to them first.
