Step 1: http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=downloads
Step 2: Install and open Teamspeak 3 and press Connections at the top left corner.
Step 3: Paste this join.FreeTeamSpeak3.com at the server adress. Insert your nickname just below and press connect.
Step 4: Scroll down till you see ''No64. [Ent]Island Defense''
Step 5: Double Click at the channel and write in the password ''gnoll''.
Done
