We should allow non-loud worker stacking (stacking where you don't fill up all the space and spam workers which makes an annoying sound).
Why?
- It takes considerable effort to do non-loud worker stacking (takes about 5 minutes at the very least).
- It's very easy to mess up and be forced to restart your efforts.
- You are not harvesting for those 5 minutes which remedies the titan's disadvantage
- Breeze can reach the workers regardless and get 25 worker kills with one nuke
- Similar mechanics to item jump, which is not bannable
- It's time consuming enough to make basing fun

Re: Worker Stacking Rule
Omg I think this poll is so right, we should all vote, all those haters who didn't pick the one with the ! all you losers out there don't like non-loud worker stacking enough.
Got it memorized?

Re: Worker Stacking Rule
Loud stacking (worker stacking with the loud error sounds) or worker stacking in an unnukable spot in a base.
i assume you're talking about the seed? isn't that already allowed by the rules because its in a nukable spot and not even in a base?

Bases, not seed. And some bases are not nukable but it takes a lot of time to set them up so they aren't.

Re: Worker Stacking Rule
Poll edited with proper choices.
As long as the workers are in nuke range, it should be fine (for non-loud stacking).
If the workers are not in range anymore and you stacked them, it should still be ban-able.
The rule isn't really about stacking itself and the sound it produces but the unfair advantage because the titan can't nuke them.

Re: Worker Stacking Rule
No, actually, the reason why I made the rule was mainly for the sound it produces. It's annoying as hell.
Loud stacking being overpowered is also another reason, being able to stack workers in a few seconds is quite overpowered.
I do standard worker stacking all the time.
Current rules for standard worker stacking are:
Stacking in un-nukable spots is ban-able.
Stacking in nukable spots is not ban-able.
Loud stacking is ban-able.
Current ID rules: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4&p=42212#p42212
Topic doesn't mean anything since standard worker stacking isn't ban-able. Poll doesn't mean anything since most voted for "no". Topic still open for discussion if you still think standard worker stacking should be ban-able. Most don't even know how though, Kyleep has a video out there somewhere if someone wants to link it.

Re: Worker Stacking Rule
Well there's no point in stacking if you do it in nuke range, it's too much effort for no reward.
And you should have reset the poll before editing the choices.
There's also the fact that different titan's have different nuke ranges, so stacking in breeze nuke range would be a loop hole.
I'm also quite sure you've mentioned somewhere that glitches based on the game's mechanics shouldn't be bannable.

No, refer to the quote:PLus wrote:I'm also quite sure you've mentioned somewhere that glitches based on the game's mechanics shouldn't be bannable.
Doesn't apply to this case, stacking in un-nukable areas is defined as an abusable glitch, similar to many other abusable glitches we probably shouldn't be talking about.EDIT: When I made the rule about abusable glitches, I meant a glitch that can not or is incredibly hard to prevent, and significantly gives you an advantage. Enough that it is easy for the titan to casually abuse the glitch.
