New Island Defense?

Anyone know of any games like Warcraft 3 were you can make custom games like Island Defense. I feel like it should be re made but 2017 graphics. Anyone know of any games this could be done on?

Would love to see it a dota2id, although some people have already tried and have said it poses some challenges.

Dota 2 does not support building naturally unlike Wc3, it would be *very* hard to recreate in other platforms due to the lack of resources
