Its takes 20 minutes to fill a game and you have a crazy moderator that allows an afk player like zeus who excessive trolls the entire game and ruins the game to do this when his entire team tries to vk because of his teamplay... what sense?

Well I don't d/c from dota 2 or from civilizations. Seems to be the ENT bot. Plus if you look at the games I dropped on, I was not the first to drop. Could have been a B.net issue that day.
