Builders who base should be squishy they poses the power to destroy a titan even capping the hp at 500-600 for builders still can put them above 2k easily with shields

I wouldn't completely remove it but I would make the maximum builder hp outside of specific supports that can't base cap out at 500-600 hp

Missed 2 seeds that I saw. First pic directly above the large seed up top the cliff. Also on pic 8 & 9 there is a nat/rad seed at the top of those pics to the right of ramp than another one right above the base under the cliff.
